Return and Refund
YOUR SATISFACTION AND POSITIVE INPUT TOWARDS THE JEWELRY, IS MY MAIN CONCERN.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you feel your item arrived damaged in any way, please let us know immediately. We want to hear from you, and we will do everything possible to rectify the situation.
GADEER DESIGN gladly accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days from receiving your order (for domestic and international orders). The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. After returning an item, it will be inspected, and you will be entitled to a refund, Shipping charges are not refunded.
Pieces that cannot be returned or refunded:
- Any GADEER DESIGN piece that includes personalization of any kind (engraving, sizing alterations, gemstones, engagement rings, custom-made pieces).
- Samples on final sale.
- Deposits / down payments given for custom-made Jewlery, or engagement rings are non-refundable.
Damaged Items & Repairs:
Quality is extremely important to GADEER DESIGN. If your Jewlery is damaged, we would be happy to fix it within our 1-year warranty. To request a repair, please use the contact box and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Returns:
Please note that customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for all orders.
If a package sent by a customer is lost or sent to the wrong address, it is not in our ability to refund or exchange the item.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:
You may cancel your order and receive a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
The account used to purchase your items will be refunded, minus the shipping cost only if the item has shipped. It may take up to 7 business days to receive the refund.
