Warranty & Resizing

At GADEER DESIGN, we take pride in the meticulous, handmade process used to craft our jewelry, often incorporating natural gemstones. Embrace the individuality of each piece, as slight variations in shape, color, and size make them uniquely special.

Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty assures you of quality craftsmanship, covering all repairs or replacements related to manufacturer defects. We stand by the durability and excellence of our creations.

Repair Services:

Quality is paramount to us. If your jewelry requires repair due to damage or defects within one year of purchase, we are committed to addressing it promptly. Please note that this warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling of the piece.

Resizing Services:

• Ring Resizing: The designer can resize rings within up to 2 sizes.
• Bracelets and Necklaces: Any standard alterations of bracelets and necklaces can be made.

Customers will be charged for any alterations made. Only certain pieces can be resized. It is the client’s responsibility, prior to purchase, to find out whether or not their piece can be altered.

Designer's Expertise:

For any repairs or alterations needed, trust the expertise of our designer. Only repairs conducted by her are covered under this warranty.

Stone Setting:

While we take utmost care in the setting of stones, the designer cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the stone setting.
